These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Trade Journal Desk (the "Service"), operated by us ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Trade Journal Desk is a trading journal and performance-analytics tool that lets you log trades, upload screenshots, track mistakes and emotions, and receive periodic summaries (including via Telegram). Trade Journal Desk does not execute trades, does not connect to any broker or exchange, and does not provide financial or investment advice — see our Disclaimer for details.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and verify it to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Free Trial & Subscription

New accounts may log up to 10 trades free of charge, with no payment details required. Beyond that, continued use requires an active paid subscription. We offer three billing options — Monthly (₹49, billed every 30 days), 6-Month (₹249, billed every 180 days), and Yearly (₹449, billed every 365 days) — billed automatically through our payment processor, Razorpay. All plans unlock identical features; only price and billing period differ. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for billing and cancellation details.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the trade data, notes, and screenshots you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you — for example, generating your analytics, calendar view, and Telegram summaries. We do not sell Your Content or use it to train third-party models.

You're responsible for making sure Your Content doesn't infringe anyone else's rights and doesn't contain anything unlawful. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to store or share content you don't have the right to;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or to our systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including through excessive automated requests;
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except as permitted by law;
• Use the Service to build a competing product.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers — Razorpay for payments, Telegram for optional notifications, and an email provider for account verification. Your use of those integrations is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We aren't responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk. Certain provisions of these Terms (ownership, liability, governing law) survive termination.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any calculation, chart, or summary it produces is complete or accurate — always verify figures that matter against your own broker statements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service, including trading losses of any kind. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Odisha, India.
