Disclaimer
1. Not Financial or Investment Advice
Trade Journal Desk is a trade-journaling and self-analysis tool. Nothing in the Service — including analytics, win-rate calculations, strategy performance breakdowns, calendar views, or Telegram summaries — constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, cryptocurrency, commodity, or other instrument.
We are not a registered investment advisor, broker, or financial institution. Any decisions you make about your trading are yours alone.
2. Trading Involves Risk
Trading and investing in crypto, stocks, forex, commodities, and derivatives (including futures & options) carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Past performance — including anything shown in your own Trade Journal Desk history — is not indicative of future results. You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose, and consider seeking advice from a licensed financial advisor before making trading decisions.
3. Accuracy of Data
All figures in Trade Journal Desk — PnL, win rate, expectancy, drawdown, and every other metric — are calculated directly from the trade data you enter. We don't independently verify this data against your broker or exchange. Manual entry errors, missed trades, or incorrect prices will produce inaccurate analytics. Always reconcile important figures against your actual broker or exchange statements, especially for tax or compliance purposes.
4. User-Generated Content
Screenshots, notes, and strategy descriptions in the Service are created by you or other users and don't reflect Trade Journal Desk's endorsement, verification, or opinion on any trading approach, strategy, or symbol.
5. No Guarantee of Availability
We aim to keep the Service reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be available at all times, or that Telegram summaries will always arrive — Telegram, email, and hosting infrastructure are all outside our direct control. Don't rely on Trade Journal Desk as your sole record for anything time-sensitive or regulatory.
6. Consult a Professional
Nothing here is a substitute for advice from a licensed financial advisor, tax professional, or legal counsel who understands your specific circumstances. If you're making significant financial decisions, please consult one.
